This team is responsible for ensuring the safety of all operations, from design and construction to testing and launching the rocket.

At Volta, safety is our number one priority. The Safety team is the guardian of our team and our environment, working tirelessly to ensure that all operations are carried out safely and responsibly. From design and construction to testing and launch, we implement rigorous protocols and foster a culture of prevention in all our activities.



What we do:
  • Develop safety protocols: We develop detailed procedures for each phase of the project, including handling hazardous materials, using tools and machinery, testing systems, and launching the rocket.

  • Risk assessment: We identify and evaluate potential risks in each operation, implementing control measures to minimize or eliminate them.

  • Safety training: We train all team members on safety matters, providing clear instructions on protocols to follow and safe practices in the laboratory and at the launch field.

  • Activity supervision: We supervise the team's activities to ensure that safety protocols are followed and that appropriate personal protective equipment is used.

  • Emergency management: We develop emergency plans and ensure that the team is prepared to respond to any unforeseen situation.

  • Accident investigation: In the event of an incident, we conduct a thorough investigation to identify the causes and take corrective action to prevent recurrence.

  • Promote a safety culture: We foster a safety culture within the team, where all members feel responsible for their safety and that of their colleagues.
