We at VOLTA Rocketry are thrilled to announce a milestone achievement for Colombian rocketry: We are the first team in the country to be accepted into the prestigious Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition (IREC)! And not only that, we will be competing in the challenging COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) category, aiming to reach an altitude of 10,000 feet.

At VOLTA Rocketry, we are not only dedicated to designing and building cutting-edge rockets, but we are also committed to promoting rocketry in Colombia. Our participation in the Second National Rocketry Competition is a clear example of this commitment, where we played a key role both in logistical support and in the competition itself.
